What to do if my release is delayed?

Why did this happen?
The minting of your track on the blockchain encountered unexpected technical issues. Our team has already been alerted and has been working on getting your release back on track as fast as possible, but unfortunately we couldn't resolve the issue in time for your release. This means we'll have to re-schedule it with you to a later date.
What can I do?
Check for an email from our team in your inbox. We will contact you as soon as possible to re-schedule your release.
If you haven't received the email, just send us a message through our helpdesk, or by email.
We will then help you choose a new release date at your earliest convenience, in order to have a maximum of one week between the initial release date you chose and the effective one.
